Hyper Japan

There’s tons of stuff to get involved in including manga drawing classes, getting your photo taken in a kimono and making some sushi, as well as the opportunity to sample Japanese foods and trinkets at the stalls.

Tickets are £5-8 and are available from the website or on the door.  They’re selling out fast so snap them up quickly for this afternoon through to Sunday October

Urban Barn Dance

Looking for an unusual way to spend your Saturday? Mosey on down to the Deptford Project for their Urban Barn Dance and dosey doe to your heart’s content.

Line dance your way through tracks by Dolly Parton, Johnny Cash and other country classics, and even the kids can get involved as animals from Kingston City Farm will be making their very own special appearance!

The fun begins at 11:30am and ends around 6pm, and is taking place at the Deptford Project on Deptford High Street.  Entry is a thigh-slapping bargain at £2.
